I need awards soon, what is your turnaround time?

Most awards can be delivered from 2 working days. If you'd like to check availability for a guaranteed delivery date, please ask below.

What is included in your prices?

Our prices include engraving/printing of unlimited logos and wording, free proofs and VAT.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free of charge for orders over £100, and £5.50 for orders less than £100.

I can't see what I'm looking for. Can you help?

Please let us know what is required. If we don't have stock then we may be able to source from a manufacturer.

Can I see a preview of the artwork before ordering?

We offer a no-obligation proof if you want to see how the awards will look before ordering. Please email sales@priorityprizes.co.uk with details of your requirement.

How do I send logos and artwork?

Please upload logos and artwork on the Cart page or place your order then email the logos and artwork to sales@priorityprizes.co.uk.

How will my logos and/or wording be laid out?

Standard layout is logo(s) to top and wording centred below. For specific layouts, fonts and designs, please place your order then email to sales@priorityprizes.co.uk. A proof will then be sent for your approval.

Will I receive proofs for my approval?

Yes, proofs are sent for your approval before production. You can request changes until the proofs are exactly as you require.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Yes, a VAT invoice/receipt will be emailed for every order.

Can you beat prices/quotes from other retailers?

We want your business and frequently beat other quotes. Just let us know the details and we'll be happy to offer our best price.
