4) Upload logos if required in Shopping Cart, or email them to sales@priorityprizes.co.uk
5) Go through Checkout
6) You will receive an invoice and proofs shortly after
Note:
Measurements displayed are approx. overall heights, except paperweights which are widths or diameters.
Please ensure the details of the products and engraving instructions (including spelling) are correct before you order.
If you have discovered you have made an engraving error, please contact us immediately as we may be able to make an amendment if the order is not yet in production.

Virtual Presentations
We can deliver directly to your recipients with instructions not to open until a specific date and time or event. Please e-mail for costs. UK mainland addresses only.
Delivery
Enter your requirement date during checkout. In the unlikely event that we can't supply by your requirement date, we will offer the choice of the next nearest date, alternative products, or a full refund.
Standard Production and Delivery (UK & NI): £6.90. Free for orders over £100.
Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee to deliver by your requirement date or we will refund in full upon return of goods (at our expense).
Terms:
- This guarantee does not apply if the courier was unable to obtain a signature when attempting to deliver.

Just e-mail us with the price of equivalent awards from any UK supplier's web site.
In the event we can't offer the exact products, we will suggest similar alternatives.
Best Quality Guarantee
We always endeavour to supply high quality awards.
To this end, we guarantee our products against faulty materials or workmanship, or change of mind (excluding goods with engraving on surface - see below), for 14 days from delivery.
Returns
Please e-mail for a returns authorization.
- Faulty goods
Please return within 14 days for a full refund/exchange. Please contact us to arrange for the goods to be collected by our courier.
- Non-faulty goods without engraving or printing
Return within 14 days for a full refund/exchange.
- Non-faulty goods with engraving or printing on any part of product
Returns cannot be accepted for these items unless faulty.
- Goods must be in their original condition and thoroughly packed. We cannot accept liability for damage during transportation so an insured, signed-for service is recommended. Unless faulty, returns are at customer’s expense.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
