• Non-faulty goods with engraving or printing on any part of product

Returns cannot be accepted for these items unless faulty.

• Goods must be in their original condition and thoroughly packed. We cannot accept liability for damage during transportation so an insured, signed-for service is recommended. Unless faulty, returns are at customer’s expense.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
